What is bridal hood?
Bridalhood is an online destination for brides to easily find information about wedding professionals they wish to hire in their area. Let us help you make the process of hiring your vendors fun and stress free.
Why use bridalhood?
For bride-to-bes, browsing our real user reviews can help you differentiate the amateurs from the real pros.
For the newlyweds, providing your vendor reviews will be extremely helpful to many future brides. Think back on how incredibly useful the other reviews you have read on the web were when you were planning your wedding.
Reviews
Who can post reviews?
Reviews can be posted by anyone who has interacted with or hired the vendor. Reviews submitted by vendors posting as an actual user or "friends" of vendors are strictly prohibited. Keep in mind that information provided in fake reviews can have legal ramifications.
What makes for a good review?
Reviews that thoroughly detail the pros and cons of your experience with a specific vendor are the most helpful. Think about the type of information you would like to know about if you had to hire that type of vendor again.

How do I change my account information?
Your account information can be changed via the My Account section of the About Me tab.
How can I share my wedding details?
The My Wedding section of the About Me tab enables you to share every aspect of your wedding with other bridalhood users. Feel free to share how you and your husband met, how he proposed, how you selected your ceremony site, what color scheme you're using for your wedding, or any other wedding planning details.
How do I share pictures on my computer?
Use a website that provide free image hosting (ie. Photobucket or Imageshack). Then copy and paste the image urls generated by those services into the image urls fields.

What can be done about negative reviews?
You have the option to provide your side of the story on any user submitted review if you feel the review is not accurate. Not all reviews will be positive, but you can learn from these feedbacks to improve your service in the future.
What can be done about fraudulent reviews?
Flag the review as inappropriate and we will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the validity of the claim.
